Rosslyn
Located in North Arlington, Rosslyn, Arlington’s closest urban village to the Potomac River and Washington, D.C., has been for many years a hub of business and culture. Sculptures by noteworthy artists are nestled among towering buildings and the Rosslyn Spectrum Theatre provides cabaret concerts by Broadway performers, an annual independent film festival, and everything in between.
Rosslyn is neighbor to a host of parks, including Arlington Gateway Park, Rosslyn Highlands Park, Theodore Roosevelt Park, and the Arlington History Bike Trail which passes through Rosslyn. Enjoy the annual events such as the Rosslyn Jazz Festival at Gateway Park or Bike to Work Day. Walk 1 block to the Marine Corp Sunset Parade at the Iwo Jima Memorial every Tuesday during the summer and Rosslyn’s Farmer’s Market can be found every year from June through November at the Spice of Life Plaza. Easy access to DC, Reagan Airport, Georgetown, the Kennedy Center, and suburban destinations via the Key Bridge, Route 66, George Washington Memorial Parkway, and Wilson and Washington Boulevards.
