Ashton Heights

Located in North Arlington, Ashton Heights is within walking distance to both the Clarendon and Virginia Square METROs.  Named after land speculator Ashton Jones who subdivided his property along present neighborhood lines and sold to city dwellers who had grown tired of the congestion and noise. “Build your love nest” was his advertising company’s pitch.  A quick sell, Ashton Heights has become the destination for those looking for vintage homes on streets lined with tall trees, combined with a commercial strip and access to metro.
