Addison Heights

Addison Heights, located in South Arlington, is one of Arlington oldest neighborhoods.  The neighborhood is highly sought after as a result of its proximity to the District which is just across the river!  Washington Boulevard, Route 50, and I-395 provide easy access to suburban destinations.  Multiple public transportation options are available including ART and Crystal City & Ballston Metro Stations.  The Virginia Highlands park is close by as well as the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, the shops at Pentagon Row, the Crystal City shopping district and restaurants, Restaurant Row on 23rd Street, and Reagan National Airport.
