Investors

Okay, I admit it. I’m a numbers nerd.  I love working with numbers and helping my clients to make money.

In general, the reasons to invest in real estate are for:

  • Cashflow
  • Tax Benefits
  • Appreciation
  • Investment Diversification

Whether you are a seasoned real estate investor or just starting out, I am happy to be of service. Real estate investing can be very fruitful or can be an absolute nightmare.  Be careful!

If you currently hold investment property it may be a good time to diversify your gains into other real estate and or non-real estate investments.  This can be done on a “tax-deferred” basis using 1031 Starker Exchanges. Contact me for details.

In analyzing your current potential real estate investment, we will look at the “real numbers” in terms of cashflow, capital expenditures and debt service.  Does it make sense to leverage investment with a mortgage? If so, what kind of mortgage?

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Real Estate Investing and Finance from the University of Denver.

I hold many designations and have taken dozens of classes in real estate development, finance and appraisal.  I have worked as a real estate appraiser, mortgage broker and was Vice President of Finance for one of the areas largest real estate developers as well as an Acquisition Analyst for one of the largest real estate investment companies in the country.  I have a broad background in commercial and residential real estate investment and development.
