Not work with clients who have competing interests. If the perfect home comes up which is a true bargain, do you want me to call 7 other buyers or just you?

Identify ways to add value in excess of cost to accelerate equity in your property;

Keep you informed about next steps, ways to save time and money and avoid stress throughout the process;
