In my opinion, many buyers are over-paying unnecessarily and making purchase decisions based on emotion and not common sense.

Unlike many agents who are “salespeople,” I use my experience and analytical ability to help you not only identify your needs but also to identify true value, interpret market data and sales trends. 

As your buyer representative, I will:

  • Update you frequently on properties as they become available;
  • Identify areas, price ranges and property types which will continue to go up in value, and which ones will go down in value;
  • Proactively find properties before they come on the market or are not on the open market, including rental properties, for sale by owners and new construction;
  • Prevail in multiple contract bidding situations without being the highest price;
  • Find the absolute lowest mortgage rates, best home inspectors, contractors, title companies and other vendors;
  • In the are of new construction of custom homes, condominiums or townhomes protect yourself against non-reputable builders and one-sided contracts;
  • Not work with clients who have competing interests.  If the perfect home comes up which is a true bargain, do you want me to call 7 other buyers or just you?
  • Identify ways to add value in excess of cost to accelerate equity in your property;
  • Keep you informed about next steps, ways to save time and money and avoid stress throughout the process;
  • Above all, ALWAYS give you the benefit of my experience and knowledge.  I would much rather have a client not buy a property than make a mistake.
